Anyone building toward their own version of meaningful work — entrepreneurs, ranchers, founders, family-business owners, contract workers, leaders inside larger organizations, even people in life transitions. If you feel a pull to be clearer on what you actually want and what it'll take, you're in the right place.
Plan for two to three hours across two sessions. You can pause and pick back up — but an uninterrupted session tends to surface deeper, more honest answers.
Tate is our AI facilitator. He was modeled on a real person and built from a decades-old visioning process refined by real coaches and facilitators. Treat him like a thoughtful guide who knows the questions to ask — the more conversational you are, the better he can serve you.
Yes. Administrators at VisionFlight cannot see the content of your work. The process is designed for honest answers — and that doesn't happen when someone might be reading over your shoulder.
A printable, beautifully formatted Vision PDF — your written vision, the themes underneath it, and an action plan to start closing the gap. It's something to come back to, share with a partner if you choose, and revisit each year.
No — using your phone isn't recommended. The VisionFlight process is deeply conversational, with a lot of back-and-forth typing, and a phone keyboard will fight you the whole way. A laptop or desktop computer is key to getting the best results — it gives you the room to think and respond freely. A tablet with a keyboard can work in a pinch, but a real computer is the way to go.
Both, and on purpose. The people who get the most from VisionFlight don't separate those questions — they explore how their work supports the life they actually want, and let one inform the other.
Save and come back. Many people sit with a question for a day or two before continuing — that's often where the real answers show up. Tate will be there when you're ready.
If you complete the process in good faith and don't feel you got value, reach out — we'll make it right. We can't guarantee results if minimal effort is put in, but we stand behind the experience for anyone willing to do the work.
The strongest results come from each person completing it individually first, then sharing what came up. Group versions are something we're exploring — if you're interested, get in touch.
A one-time fee — much less than working with a private coach or facilitator on the same material. See pricing details.
Begin when you're ready. Pause when you need to.
