1. What We Collect

When you use VisionFlight, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account information. Your email address and password (stored as a secure hash) when you create an account.
  • Payment information. Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
  • Session content. Your responses during the VisionFlight process — used solely to deliver the Service to you and generate your Vision document.
  • Usage data. Standard web analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device type. Used to improve the Service.

2. What We Do Not Do

VisionFlight staff cannot view the content of your sessions. Your work is yours alone. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and maintain your account.
  • To deliver the VisionFlight experience, including generating your Vision document.
  • To process payment through Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, password reset, etc.).
  • With your consent, to send you occasional product news and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. AI & Third-Party Services

The VisionFlight experience is powered in part by AI services from third-party providers. Your session content is sent to these providers solely for the purpose of generating responses during your sessions. We have data-processing agreements in place with our providers and do not permit them to train their general models on your content.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We follow reasonable practices to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Export your Vision document at any time.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link.

7. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies — essential cookies required for the Service to function, plus optional analytics cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

8. Children

VisionFlight is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated to registered users.
