VisionFlight is a guided, AI-facilitated visioning process delivered via our web application. The Service provides:
To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is offered as a one-time purchase at the price displayed on the Pricing page. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
If you complete the process in good faith and feel you did not receive value, contact us and we will work with you on a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed where the Service is purchased and not meaningfully attempted.

All content, software, processes, branding, and materials associated with VisionFlight are the property of VisionFlight and its licensors. The vision document you create as a result of completing the Service is yours to use, share, and modify as you wish.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. VisionFlight staff cannot view the content of your sessions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionFlight and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated to registered users.
